Eileen McCarthy, R.N., Program Director Lighthouse Unit
After more than 40 years as a nurse, Eileen says she still loves her job! “Coming to Marina Bay was like coming home. Today\'s nursing home is not the nursing home of your father, and more changes are coming. Having four grandkids has taught me that life is ever changing. You need to keep a sense of humor, know what your limits are, and smile…so they don\'t know what you\'re thinking!” Eileen directs the Alzheimer\'s special care unit. After working in many facilities, including Quincy Medical Center and Good Samaritan Medical Center, Eileen has been with Marina Bay for almost eight years.
